At Oakham one of our main goals is to get juniors & adults of all levels competing in some form or another. Whether this be within your coaching session an individual tournament or a team event Tennis competitions provide opportunities for players of all levels to challenge themselves on a regular basis.

With the nation’s love for tennis growing bigger than ever before, it’s never been easier to pick up a racket and participate in competitions.

We are passionate about providing opportunities for players at any level to compete and keen to help work around anything that is stopping you. 

As with the junior’s these are local competitions at Oakham and include box leagues in singles and doubles, annual club tournaments, fun based American Tournament’s and of course Oakham’s annual club tournament. Competition will also be introduced in all of your coaching sessions, no matter what ability you are. 

Team Tennis is a great way to get a little more competitive and at the same time meet new people whilst competing with your friends. Team Tennis generally takes place in the Leicestershire County leagues catering for Ladies, Mens and mixed doubles. We also have many senior leagues which add to the amount of competitive tennis available. Again like the Juniors you will need to have a British tennis membership number to be able to play in teams.
